Well, the 35 year old CEO of i3 eSolutions, Inc. is one personifying such an image. After being part of the UP Diliman Web Team that won the 1st APICTA Awards in Malaysia in 2001, he served as Consultant and Lead Developer to various companies and government agencies which include Microsoft Phils., SpecOps, Kaz Group Australia and government projects such as the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance computerization project, House of Representatives of the Philippinesm(HREP) edistrict project and served as Assistant Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC), among others to their satisfaction. With his optimism and brilliance in toiling with the limitless potentials of technology, he brings i3 eSolutions in a totally new dimension in the Information and Communications Technology Industry.

Maria Corazon M. Akol
Director for Business Development

A graduate of B.S. Physics, cum laude from the College of the Holy Spirit in Mendiola , Manila, Ms. Akol‘s Fields of Specialization cover Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Certification/Standard Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Feasibility Studies, Systems Analysis & Design and Management of IT Installations. She has set up several companies where she was the President & CEO, namely : the PhilNITS Corporation (Jan, 2015 -present) involved in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Mapping Services,(; the Philippine National IT Standards (PhilNITS) Foundation, Inc ( , (2002-present) involved in Certification of IT Professionals ; MCAKOL Training Corporation (Aug. 2008-2011) , for Training in Programming and Cyber Security; Philenter.com Inc. , for B to B e-Commerce Business (July 2000-Dec.2001); Hexa Corporation, a Computer Service bureau specializing in data transcription and in Encoding Services to the U.K. and local companies as well as Manpower Placement in local Banks of Programmers and Data Encoders (1984-1996), Hexa Integrated Services,Inc. A Computer Service Bureau (1978-1984).She has also worked as Systems Engineer with Datronics Phils. Inc,(1974-1977), as Physics Instructor at the University of the East (1969-1974) and as Scientist 1 at the Phil. Atomic Research Center (1969-1971).

Ilonah Jane P. Sibangan
AVP for Operations

Ms. Sibangan graduated from Bulacan State University and worked under former senator Nikki Coseteng for 4 years as Special Projects Coordinator until 2015. Ms. Sibangan handled all Special Projects under the Office of the President – from personnel sourcing to actual project implementation. Ms Sibangan also handled all Fund Raising Activities of the former senator. She then work as admin and operations head of various IT system integration companies such as Xinapse, Inc., eCampus Systems, Inc. and i-Innovate Info Systems, Inc. Ms. Sibangan also served as Project Head of the DepEd Computerization Project in 2017 under Columbia Technologies, Inc.

Arnold P. Orbista
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Arnold Orbista is one of many accomplished Senior Programmers who calls i3 eSolutions, Inc. his home. Born in the year 1981, Mr. Orbista is well versed in the field of Systems Application Development. He has served various ICT companies in the Philippines like RNM Dynamics Philippines Inc, Rico General Insurance Corporation, and Bridge Internet Solutions Incorporated, from which he has acquired in depth technical knowledge, experiences and competencies that make the Web Development Group simply world class.

He was given various recognition and awards such as the President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo Achievement Award in 2005. He was also a consistent winner in various ICT competitions such as the National Digital Arts Competition which he was the National Champion both in 2001 and 2004.

Gerardo A. Almerido
Chief Finance Officer

Mr. Almerido is a certified public accountant, graduate from the Philippine School of Business Adminstration – Manila, he is concurrently the Managing Director of We Consult Business Advisory Inc. and the former country CFO of AXA Assistance Philippines of the AXA Partners, EA Phils, Inc. of The Europ Assistance Group, Taishan Insurance Brokers and KRM Reinsurance Brokers (Shangril-la Group) of the KUOK Group of Companies, connected in various capacities with San Miguel Corporation, Samyang Philippines, Kanatsu First Int’l Corp. HMS Multi Trade, and The Manila Banking Corporation.

Rodolfo V. Vicerra
Director for Research and Development

With over 22 years of increasingly responsible legislative work experience in policy research, budget review and analysis, legislative and policy advocacy, oversight work, and knowledge management, with first-hand experience in the political dynamics of policy-making, lobbying, and policy reform advocacy. Mr. Vicerra served as Director-General of the Congressional Planning and Budget Department of the House of Representatives.

Mr. Vicerra has a Master’s Degree in Development Economics from Williams College, MA, USA and graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Economics cum laude from University of the Philippines.

Mr. Vicerra also played a key role in successfully sourcing e-Government funding for institution-wide ICT catch up projects at the House of Representatives, including upgrading computer assets, installation of Local Area Network, increased bandwidth of internet access, and I.T. security, electronic voting, digitization of legislative archives, document management, and geographic information systems.

Yury Llaneta
Chief Information Officer

After his studies from the University of the Philippines and Technological University of the Philippines, Yury Llaneta started his IT career with the banking industry. Employed as a programmer/systems analyst at RCBC, UCPB and Citibank, he was tasked to develop, maintain and support online and batch systems of different banking applications. He then ventured in the telecom industry with Fujitsu Consulting managing the development, maintenance and production support of AT&T's payment and collections system covering 22 states in the U.S.

Backed with years of technical and management experience, he joined IBM in 2007 as an Advisory IT Specialist. He handles Technical Architecture, People Management and Project Management from initiation phase up to project close-out of multiple projects in the IT security, financial, telco, transportation, health care and accounting industries of notable companies such as Sprint Corporation, PHH Corporation, Anthem Inc. and the like.

Mr. Llaneta is a consistent team, project and division level performance awardee (among which is the prestigious IBM Manager's Choice Award) which eventually led him to receive the distinguished IBM Hall of Fame award in 2014. Working with different nationalities throughout his career impelled him to develop multi-lingual skills. He is an intermediate level French speaker and also a JLPT certified Nihongo speaker.

Renee Aidie Sibangan
Admin Manager

Ms. Sibangan graduated from Bulacan State University and immediately work as Admin and Finance Officer with a Food and Distribution company for 5 years. Ms. Sibangan then work also as an Admin Officer with eCampus Systems, Inc., a Software development company in 2016. Ms Sibangan then started her career with i3 eSolutions,Inc. as an Admin and Finance Officer last 2018. Ms. Sibangan also specializes in system quality assurance and a liaison officer to other project team members such as system architects and programmers to produce industry standard systems.

Joselito C. Menguito
Sr. Systems and Network Administrator

Lito has 23 years of solid experience for the different sectors. He started his career as Instrumentation and Control Technician. Rising from the ranks he became a Manager for the Technical Support Division of Solid Electronics Corporation. He has also a share of the educational system, being the Head of the Technical Education Department of Solid Educational Systems Inc., teaching faculty members in the implementation of the school’s technical training program.
